Position: Part-Time Accompanied Viewer
Role: The position would entail meeting, greeting and showing prospective tenants around student rental properties in Sheffied. The ideal candidate would be a current student studying for a "property" related degree looking for some part time work to compliment their CV OR an experienced property professional looking for some additional freelance income. The role can vary from being very busy to very quiet dependent on Student Term times and House Hunting season eg November & December very busy.
Applicants must have access to a car so they can carry out viewings quickly around the city.
