Deposit Return
At the end of your tenancy we will need the following in order to process the return of your deposit:
- Please leave the property clean and tidy in accordance with the Checkout Instructions.
- A Stamped Addressed Envelope with your forwarding address (please write your Dove Properties house address on the back of the envelope)
- Receipted copies of the Final PAID Utility Bills (for Gas, Electricity & Water) showing proof that you have paid all your bills up to the 30th June (or other contract end date if applicable). We cannot accept "Estimated" readings so please make sure you read your meters when leaving the property.
