Renting from Dove Properties Student Accommodation was a hassle free experience and their knowledge and professionalism always shone through, making everything so easy. Any problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. I would recommend the family run business as it offers a great personal service.

I was a tennant of Dove Properties in two separate houses, and found them to be very helpful and friendly. My landlord was never intrusive, always contacting us a day before visiting. If ever anything required fixing, this was done very promptly with a minimum of fuss. When it came time to leave both properties, all bonds were fully refunded and references were provided on request.

"We loved our massive student house rented with Dove Properties, the house was furnished to a great standard and was well looked after. Dove were always quick to help us when we needed it, always contactable. They made moving very easy, definitely the easiest move of all our other years at Sheffield University and since. 'Dove Properties were brilliant throughout our time with them. If there were ever any problems then the communication with Dove was great as there was always a way of contacting them and queries would be dealt with on the day. The house was lovely and if it wasn't for us finishing university we would definately be carrying on their services. Having been with a different property agency, it is clear that Dove actually cares about it's tenants. We would recommend to anyone, thank you!'
