Anti Money Laundering Policy

We are required by law to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all those renting or letting out a property. 

The initial checks are typically carried out on our behalf by a firm called Credas who will contact you once you have agreed to rent or let out a property.

Our Landlord fees in this respect can be seen on our Scale of Charges and are non-refundable.
