Many of our tenants wish to remain in their existing property as a full group for a further academic year. Subject to Landlord approval and property availability, if this applies to you, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can begin the re-application process.

If you would prefer to remain with Dove but move to a different property, we have over 450 properties available for the upcoming 2026/27 academic year, located in Sheffield’s most popular student areas — don’t miss out!

If 2025/26 is your final year as a student and you’ll require accommodation as a graduate, we have more properties than ever suitable for professionals. Looking Ahead to 2026/27

Although it may seem early, we have already received a number of enquiries regarding student properties for the 2026/27 academic year here in Sheffield. We therefore wish to advise you that we will commence viewings for 2026/27 from 22nd October 2025.

This is always a very busy period, with many students eager to secure the best and most popular properties — and this year, we expect demand to be even higher.

To help keep disturbance to a minimum during the lettings season, we kindly ask that you keep your property clean and presentable for viewings. This helps us rent the property more quickly, meaning fewer viewings and less inconvenience to you.

Current Dove tenants will receive viewing notifications via text, giving at least 24 hours’ notice before any viewing, allowing you to raise any concerns if needed.
