We have selected WorldPay to manage the processing of payments through our website. If a customer is applying for a tenancy at a property and the application is unsuccessful, or if you withdraw (this includes failing to take action requested by us in the required timeframe in order to progress your application within a period of three working days) then the non – refundable application fees will not be refunded. If the property concerned has been already let to another applicant, then a full refund will be issued within 7 days. Once a tenancy agreement is signed by all parties then it will become a legally binding contract. All payment terms will be subject to the prevailing tenancy agreement for the property concerned, this includes tenancy deposit and rent payments. Dove Properties and Estates Limited do not offer refunds where a customer changes his or her mind or is subject to a change of circumstances. Any applications for a refund will be judged on a case by case basis and will refer to the tenancy agreement concerned. Any applications for refund should be sent to email@example.com and will be responded to within 14 days.
