Online Payments Refund Policy

Methods of Payment
We have selected WorldPay to manage the processing of payments through our website. If any tenancy deposits and/or associated rent payments are made and the property concerned has already been let to another applicant, then a full refund will be issued within 14 days. Once a tenancy agreement is signed by all parties then it will become a legally binding contract. All payment terms will be subject to the prevailing tenancy agreement for the property concerned, this includes tenancy deposit and rent payments. Dove Properties and Estates Limited do not offer refunds where a customer changes his or her mind or is subject to a change of circumstances. Any applications for a refund will be judged on a case by case basis and, if applicable, will refer to the tenancy agreement concerned. Any applications for refund should be sent to info@doveproperties.co.uk and will be responded to within 14 days.

We are committed to security of your information and will investigate reported unauthorised usage of an account immediately.
