We believe strongly in having a transparent and simple fee structure for Landlords. We operate a "No Let No Fee" charging policy. This means you will only pay for our services once we have located and signed up tenants. There are no upfront or set up fees to pay.
Our charges are normally done as a percentage of the total rents plus VAT. Unlike the majority of our competitors you'll find that we do not charge a further percentage charge on top of any repair & renewals costs on our full management service.

- Management Service - 13.14% - 15% (10.95 - 12.5% plus VAT)**
- Let and Rent Collection Service - 11.1% (9.25% plus VAT)**
- Let Only Service - 9% (7.5% plus VAT)*
- Let Only Renewals, Student - 9 % (7.5% plus VAT)*
- Let Only Renewals, Residential - £234 (£195 plus VAT)
- Energy Performance Certificate - £94.80 (£79 plus VAT)
- Provision of Marketing Floor Plan - £78 (£65 plus VAT)
- Ammendment of Floor Plan - £54 (£45 plus VAT)
- Tenancy Deposit Protection - £39.60 (£33 plus VAT)

Pleae note the co-ordination of refurbishment projects and/or upgrade to properties prior to listing is not included in our pricing and would be charged at 15% (12.5% plus vat) of contractor invoices.
