Letting Fees
We believe strongly in having a transparent and simple fee structure for Landlords and operate a "No Let No Fee" policy. This means you will only pay for our services once we have located and signed up tenants. There are no upfront Landlord fees to pay.
Our Standard fees are typically charged as a percentage of the total rents plus VAT. Unlike the majority of our competitors, you'll find that we do not charge a further percentage charge on top of any repair & renewals costs on our full management service. Access to our online Landlord Hub is provided on a complimentary basis.
Our list of typical Landlord charges are below:
- Management Service - 12.5% plus VAT (15%)
- Let and Rent Collection Service - 9.75% plus VAT (11.7%)
- Let Only Service - 7.75% plus VAT (9.3%)
- Tenancy Set Up including Deposit Protection - £69 plus VAT (£82.80)
- Professional Tenant Referencing - £33 plus VAT (£39.60) each (not student tenants)
- Tenant Right to Rent & AML sanctions checks - £10 plus VAT (£12) per tenant
- Maintenance arrangement fee - £3.33 (£4) per expense
- Statement of income and expenditure £45 plus VAT (£54) each
- Land registry checks £9 plus vat (£10.80) each
- Landlord AML sanctions check £7 plus vat (£8.40) each
- Enhanced Landlord AML sanctions check £15 plus vat (£18) for New landlord clients at instruction only
We are members of - Client Money Protect, NRLA, Property Ombudsman (Lettings)
We also have Landlord Client Money Protection Insurance through our relationship with "Client Money Protect".
